IBF/IBO and “The Ring Magazine” World Heavyweight Champion and WBA/WBO Superchampion Wladimir Klitschko will defend his titles against Tyson Fury at ESPRIT arena in Düsseldorf, Germany on October 24th. At today’s press conference in London both faced each other for a second press conference. Before Fury attended the press conference he stormed into the room wearing a Batman costume. Wladimir and the over 120 Journalists attending took it with humor: “this is a really entertaining press conference, maybe the most exciting one. Good job Tyson.”

Fury used the occasion to promote himself and to directly address to Wladimir: “October 24th is mine, my time to shine. It’s going to be a very sharp, very simple knockout. I can’t wait for this. I want it this weekend. You get knocked out.“

We’re a very close family, us lot. We care about each other. Yeah, we shout and we argue and we have our differences, but really, when the chips are down, you die for your family.

Speaking to Buncey’s Boxing Podcast, Fury – the father of Tyson’s Cousin, Hughie, who also boxes on the card, said that while the team appreciate the dominance and 11 year unbeaten streak of Klitschko, they are preparing to play to their strengths and plan on getting it right tactically on the night.

Long time lineal heavyweight champion Wladimir Klitschko thinks it is going to be a case of “been there, done that” when he fights giant 6ft 9″ challenger Tyson Fury in Germany on October 24th, comparing his loquacious challenger’s antics to that of David Haye, who famously taunted the brothers numerous times in the lead up to his 2011 loss to Wladimir.
