I know that Marcus Browne and Adam Kownacki are both local right now, so they’re experiencing this insanity with me, and I guess a lot of you are also. So we’re going to try to warm up this blizzard afternoon and talk boxing for a little bit.
Robert Rolle is here to discuss with us the first ever WBC/ LBF Title which is soon to be upon the horizon. Robert is the son of the legendary “lady in red” boxing promoter Eva Rolle. The Legends Boxing Foundation truly is a unique organisation, and we can now find out what is in store for us boxing fans in 2018. So, ladies and gentlemen here we have Robert Rolle’s voice on the latest developments for the WBC/LBF.
WV: Robert, it is great to have you here with us at East Side Boxing. Could you give us an introduction to what you are about?
Former WBC and interim WBA cruiserweight title challenger B J Flores feels he should have moved up to heavyweight a long time ago; maybe even five or six years ago. The 38 year old who has picked up plenty of experience, having encountered a number of styles, says he is a fully-fledged heavyweight now – and that he is one who is on the hunt for a big, meaningful fight.
Bill Hillman is a writer and a fighter from Chicago and he runs with the bulls. Exactly what is says on the tin. This man has such an infectious and unique story it is hard not to want to read what is about to unravel in front of your eyes.
