Universum / Spotlight Boxing´s series of “eliminators” begin today (Sep 20) in Prague with a very good matchup at lightheavy between Enad Licina and Aleksyi Kuzmemsky.. September 28 in Hamburg heavies Bagrat Ohanyan and Valery Chechenev clash. Down the road we might see a fight at jr welter between Mohammed Abduallev and Andreas Kotelnik. Females Ina Menzer and Silke Weickenheimer might also clash – these last two are not done deals yet though.
EBU fly champ Ivan Pozo, fresh off a ko win against Lahcene Zemmouri Friday (Feb 16) night, will next take on mandatory challenger Bernard Inom. Date and site is to be announced but respected Spanish website Espabox writes the fight will go ahead in Madrid in November.
